Lenten Sermon Series:
The Gospel According to Sam
As dog owners, we may think we are the ones who train them to “be a good boy or girl”. However, Pastor Zack has found that his dog, Sam, helps to train him to be a better Christian. This sermon series begins March 9 th through March 30 th . Together we will reflect upon how the Holy Spirit uses the gift of an animal to help us become better human beings and faithful Christians. We’ll end the series with a Blessing of the Animals service on March 30th at 2pm on the Asbury Lawn.

Ash Wednesday Service
Join us for a special Ash Wednesday worship service on March 5 th at 6pm in the Asbury Sanctuary. Bostwick UMC will join us for this historic worship service that begins the season of Lent. Rev. Hannah Pye and Rev. Zack Martin and will lead the service with praise, prayers, preaching, the imposition of ashes, and Holy Communion. Prepare yourself for Easter by celebrating a Holy Season of Lent. Nursery for babies and toddlers available.

Blessing of the Animals
Join us on the lawn for a devotion & special blessing over the animals in Morgan County from Pastor Zack! Special gifts, photos, pet support from Main Street Vet & pets for adoption with Morgan County Animal Services will be there! Reptiles, fish, birds, and crustaceans will be blessed as long as they are appropriately housed – All dogs must be on leashes!
